The Agilent5350B provides fast and precise measurements from 10 Hz to 20 GHzand features microwave components that are integrated on a singlehybrid gallium arsenide (GaAs) circuit for added speed andreliability. The 5350B distinguished by wide frequency coverage,exceptional sensitivity, fast tracking, high measurementthroughput, and wide FM tolerance.
Built-inmicroprocessors provide math functions, including measurementscaling and offset. Automatic amplitude discrimination measures thefrequency of the highest-amplitude signal in a multi-signalenvironment. A full set of diagnostic routines provides generalinformation and troubleshooting.
The 5350Bintegrates easily into test systems. English-like commands simplifyintegration with other components, and the easy-to-read liquidcrystal displays can serve as message centers for thesystem.
